12 artists encouraging us to travel.
What is travelling? Setting out on a journey, in an unusual way and thus discover different spaces. Travelling is also escaping, through reading, dreaming or imagination, or making a revolution … like the Sun! We move in space but also in time, travel is sometimes leading us to an experience of introspection. Dreams, sleep and psychotropic drugs take us to faraway places comparable to travel. And what about art in all this? It might offer us the possibility to get out of the known framework, out of everyday life to see objects and beings differently. Art enhances people’s reaction, emotion and reflection.
Have a nice trip!
