Bei der Oper gallery is specialized in Japanese woodblock prints and works of Japonism. It is located right opposite the opera house in Vienna (hence its name) and attracts customers from all over the world. In addition we run a webshop.
With the opening of the gallery in 2013, a dream has been realised for Andreas Wurzer, who has been already working as an art dealer for eight years.
On our website you will find a large variety of original Japanese woodblock prints, including classical ukiyo-e from Edo- and Meiji-Period, shin-hanga and sosaku-hanga. We offer also an exclusive selection of European prints as well as a special section for Netsuke.
