It is also the only fair in the world that brings together experts in art objects in 40 specialisms, from archeology to contemporary art, from jewels, the High Epoch, tribal art, watchmaking to ancient weapons.
Under the nave of the grand Palais, the Salon du Livre Rare will welcome 27 new exhibitors including 43 from 14 different countries. Gallerists of prints and drawings come back in force with a dedicated space (21 exhibitors against 13 in 2018) in this fair organized until 2015 in collaboration with the CSEDT, (Chambre Syndicale de l’Estampe, du Dessin et du Tableau), an union celebrating its 100th anniversary this year. A collective booth will show diversity and expertise in engraving.
